What are the rentable times for my event?
The Patio On Carroll opens at 9 AM and closes at 11 PM Monday-Sunday. Here are the options:
- Three hour minimum with a six hour max
- Full day rental from 9 AM - 11 PM
What are the catering options?
At Patio on Carroll, we believe in giving you the flexibility to make your event truly your own. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks or choice of caterer to suit their unique tastes and preferences. What is the alcohol policy?
Patio On Carroll demands strict adherence to state laws regarding alcohol consumption at The Patio.
- Any and all liabilities arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises are the responsibility of the Client.
- Client indemnifies and holds The Patio harmless from any and all claims related to alcohol usage at the Patio On Carroll.
- The Patio will not provide any alcohol and does not have an alcohol license.
- All City of Perry Ordinances, Georgia state Laws and Federal Laws must be adhered to at all times.

Is there a noise policy?
Volumes must be kept at a reasonable volume at all times. All music must promptly end by 11:00 pm on Friday or Saturday and 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes! The policy is as follows:
- If your event is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of the event, The Patio will return 75% of the Rental Fee and 100% of the Security Deposit paid to date.
- If your event is cancelled less than 30 days before the event, The Patio shall retain all fees paid to date by you.
- In the event of severely inclement weather that renders The Patio to be unsuitable for the event, 100% of the amount paid can be applied to a future event date. If you elect not to re-book, no refund will be provided. The Patio encourages you to purchase event insurance to offset this risk!
